NCT06289582Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Brain imaging study for Parkinson's disease

This study uses a special PET scan to look at inflammation in the brain of people with Parkinson's disease or those at risk for it. The goal is to better understand the disease and possibly find new ways to track its progression.

NCT07640555Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Brain imaging study for Parkinson's and related movement disorders

This research study tests a new type of brain scan (called a PET scan) that may help detect early signs of Parkinson's disease and similar conditions. You'll receive the scan and may have a spinal tap to check for specific protein markers.

New Haven, Connecticut
NCT06084533Enrolling by invitation
Brain inflammation imaging in Parkinson's disease

This study uses a special PET scan to look for signs of brain inflammation in people with Parkinson's disease. It aims to understand how inflammation relates to Parkinson's and may help in developing new treatments.

St Louis, Missouri
NCT05516719Recruiting
Study tracking I2BS in Parkinson’s over time

This study follows people with Parkinson’s to see how “I2BS” changes over time using special brain scans and other tests. It may help researchers better understand Parkinson’s and improve how it’s measured in future trials.

Exeter, Devon
NCT06092125Recruiting
Brain disease imaging study with PET/MR scans

This trial uses advanced PET and MR scans to better understand and diagnose brain diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, epilepsy, and brain tumors. It may help identify new ways to track these conditions.

NCT05205291Recruiting
Imaging inflammation in Parkinson’s using PET/MR scans

This study uses special brain scans (PET/MR) to see inflammation in people with Parkinson’s disease or related conditions. It may help researchers better understand what drives symptoms and how inflammation changes in the brain.
