- You are being treated for prostate cancer or finished treatment within the past 6 months
- You have not had hormone therapy or chemotherapy before now
- You have a computer or smartphone with internet access
- You are 18 or older
- You can read and speak English
- You are not taking nitrates (heart medication) and are able to take medications like Viagra or Cialis
