Who can take part
- You have a doctor-confirmed diagnosis of asthma.
- You are already a patient at the Pulmonary Function Clinic (a clinic that checks lung function).
- A breathing test (spirometry) has shown that your lungs are not working normally.
- You do not have obesity (a BMI of 30 or higher).
- You are not currently taking steroid pills or injections for your asthma.
- You have not had any chest surgery in the past.
