This trial tests a special muscle stimulation device (called High Tone External Muscle Stimulation) to see if it helps heal diabetic foot ulcers. It is for people with type 2 diabetes who have a chronic, deep foot ulcer that hasn't healed in over 4 months.
This study tests whether whole body vibration therapy can help people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar better. It involves standing on a vibrating platform for short sessions, which may improve muscle function and glucose control without needing exercise.
This study tests if using a vibrating platform during light physical activity can help control blood sugar in people with type-2 diabetes. It may be an easier way to get the benefits of exercise.
This study looks at how whole-body vibration may affect health in adults. You may be asked to use the vibration device while researchers measure possible benefits and safety.
This study tests whether whole-body vibration exercise can help people with Parkinson's disease. You stand on a gently vibrating platform to see if it improves movement and balance.
This study tests whether gentle whole body vibration therapy can improve strength, mobility, and health in older adults who have both belly fat and muscle weakness. If you qualify, you may be assigned to a vibration or a placebo group to see how it affects your body.
