Dual-target CAR-T cells for relapsed or refractory AML

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (not a type called APL) that has come back or not gotten better with treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells have the CLL1 or CD38 protein (or both).
  • You have a donor ready for a stem cell transplant, and you could have that transplant after getting the study treatment.
  • You are not taking high doses of steroids or other strong immune-suppressing drugs.
