Who can take part

  • You must be older than 6 months.
  • Your leukemia cells must have at least one of these proteins: CLL-1, CD123, CD38, or CD33.
  • You should be up and doing most of your daily activities (KPS score more than 80) and expected to live longer than 3 months.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys must be working well enough based on blood and other tests.
  • You must not have an active infection that is not under control, or HIV or hepatitis C.
  • You must not be pregnant or nursing, and cannot have had prior gene therapy or systemic steroids within the last week.
