Who can take part
- You are 20 years or older.
- You have had your first stroke, which has caused weakness on one side of the body.
- Your affected arm can lift to chest level and hold for 5 seconds, and your wrist and hand can bend slightly.
- You can understand and follow two-step instructions.
- You do not have other neurological diseases (like Parkinson's or multiple sclerosis).
- You do not have bone or joint problems, or pain that limits your arm movement.
