Who can take part

  • You have non-small cell lung cancer that does not have a driver gene mutation (like EGFR).
  • Your cancer got worse after first-line standard treatment, and you cannot get other chemotherapy.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
  • You are able to do daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow, heart) are working well, based on lab tests.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments (like anti-IL-4Rα drugs or severe side effects from immunotherapy).
