Who can take part

  • You had a closed head injury (no object entered your skull) at least 2 years ago.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have weakness on at least one side of your body but can walk 10 yards with minimal help, using a walker if needed.
  • You have not had any hospital visits, surgeries, or therapy for walking in the past 30 days.
  • You do not have any metal implants, uncontrolled seizures, or heart problems.
  • You are not pregnant and are willing to follow the study rules.
