Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with one of these conditions: lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis, or a type of vasculitis called ANCA-associated vasculitis
- Your disease is active despite trying at least two different immunosuppressive medications for 6 months, or you couldn't tolerate those treatments
- You are generally able to care for yourself (not bedridden)
- Your major organs (like heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts) are in adequate condition
- If you are of childbearing age, you agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for at least 1 year after the infusion
