Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a relapsed or hard-to-treat immune disease like lupus, autoimmune hepatitis, inflammatory muscle disease, or scleroderma.
  • You are able to care for yourself (KPS score > 60) and expected to live at least 6 months.
  • You agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for 30 days after stopping the drug (if applicable).
  • You do not have active infections, uncontrolled heart problems, or other untreated cancers.
  • You have not had a live vaccine or protein-based vaccine in the last 30 days.
