Who can take part
- You have documented chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP).
- You have a poor sense of smell, measured by a standard smell test called BSIT.
- You have had a stable, moderate to severe smell problem for at least 3 months.
- You had sinus surgery more than 3 months ago but less than 10 years ago.

This study tests whether smell training can improve your sense of smell and affect your immune system. It is for people with chronic sinus inflammation and nasal polyps who have lost their sense of smell.
This study looks at why people with nasal polyps lose their sense of smell and how it might come back. You may be able to join if you have had nasal blockage, runny nose, smell loss, or facial pain for at least 12 weeks, have polyps seen inside your nose, and are using a steroid spray regularly.
