Who can take part

  • You have chronic plaque psoriasis (patches of red, scaly skin).
  • You are in Class I obesity (BMI 30 to 35).
  • You are prediabetic (blood sugar slightly higher than normal).
  • You have dry eyes in both eyes.
  • You do NOT have heart or lung problems.
  • You do NOT have diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney/liver disease.
