Who can take part

  • You had a TAVR procedure done through an artery in your leg (not your chest or arm).
  • This is your first valve replacement in that position (no prior valve-in-valve or other bioprosthetic valve there).
  • You do not have a permanent pacemaker, ICD, or CRT device.
  • You do not have liver cirrhosis or any esophageal problems like varices.
  • You do not have low platelets or a bleeding disorder.
  • You are able to give consent and follow study procedures, including follow-up visits.
