New tests to track liver health during radiation for liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You have liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma) or cancer that spread to the liver.
  • You need to be able to have an MRI (no metal implants, no claustrophobia, and can lie still).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • For the extra HepQuant test (first 20 participants): you must be willing to fast for 5 hours and possibly delay some medications.
