Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic bile duct cancer (including gallbladder cancer) that has gotten worse after at least one previous treatment.
- Your tumor has a certain level of a protein called HER2 (either high, low, or very low).
- You are 18 years or older and are willing to use effective birth control during and for 7 months after the study if you or your partner are able to have children.
- Your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your organs (like bone marrow, liver, and kidneys) are working well enough based on blood tests.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you do not have active infections or serious heart, lung, or bleeding conditions.
