Ivonescimab plus chemotherapy before surgery for bile duct cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug combination given before surgery to shrink bile duct cancer tumors, potentially making surgery more successful. It is for patients whose cancer is locally advanced or has spread to only a few places.

This trial tests a combination of drugs given before surgery to shrink bile duct cancer and possibly improve outcomes. The drugs include an immunotherapy (tislelizumab) and three chemotherapy agents (gemcitabine, cisplatin, and S-1).
This trial tests a new immunotherapy drug combined with standard chemotherapy as a first treatment for advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer. It may help your immune system fight the cancer while chemotherapy attacks the tumor directly.
This trial tests whether giving a targeted medicine based on your tumor's genetic makeup, after surgery, can help prevent your bile duct or gallbladder cancer from coming back. It's a new approach that tries to match treatment to your specific cancer biology.
This study tests a combination of four drugs—two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and toripalimab), a targeted therapy (bevacizumab), and chemotherapy—as a first-line treatment for advanced biliary tract cancer (cancer of the bile ducts or gallbladder). The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
This study tests a combination of three drugs (ivonescimab, liposomal irinotecan, and 5-FU/LV) in people with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that hasn't been treated yet. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough so that it can be removed with surgery.
This trial tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, chemotherapy, and a targeted therapy to shrink bile duct or gallbladder cancers that are advanced but might be removable with surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can make surgery possible and improve outcomes.
