Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have severe chronic GVHD that affects both eyes for more than 3 months and causes intense discomfort and damage to the cornea.
  • You have already tried eye drops made from blood products, insulin, or cyclosporine/tacrolimus for at least 3 months without success.
  • You use lubricating eye drops at least 4 times a day but still have severe eye symptoms.
  • If you use steroid eye drops, the dose must have been stable for at least 1 month.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use contraception during the study.
