Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with chronic ocular graft vs. host disease (dry eye after a transplant)
  • Your dry eye symptoms are moderate to severe (score of 22 or more on the OSDI test)
  • Your cornea (the clear front part of the eye) shows at least mild staining in an eye exam (score of 2 or higher)
  • You do not have any open sores on your eyelids
  • You do not have an active cornea ulcer, certain eye infections, uveitis, retinal detachment, or uncontrolled glaucoma
  • You do not have a pacemaker or implantable defibrillator
