Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a spinal cord injury (including from MS, ALS, tumors, or other causes) at or above the lower back, but not completely paralyzed.
  • It has been more than 1 year since your injury.
  • You can take at least one step with or without a cane, walker, or help.
  • You have a doctor's permission to join and no major health issues like heart problems or seizures.
