Who can take part

  • You have arthritis in your knee or ankle that hasn't improved with standard treatments.
  • An MRI or X-ray within the last 6 months shows cartilage damage in the affected joint.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You do not have cancer, active infection, or open wounds near the injection site.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use contraception.
  • You are able to attend all follow-up visits.
