Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 65 years old.
- You have had pain on the inner side of your knee for at least 3 months that hasn't been helped by conservative treatments like physical therapy or medications.
- Your knee osteoarthritis is at a moderate stage (grade 2 or 3 on X-ray).
- You have not had knee surgery, injury, or certain injections (like steroids) in the past 3 months.
