This trial tests a medication called LP352 for children and adults with certain types of epilepsy (Dravet syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, or other developmental and epileptic encephalopathies). It's for people who already completed a previous study of LP352 and may benefit from continued treatment.

Who can take part

  • You must have completed the previous LP352 study (LP352-301 or LP352-302) up to Visit 8.
  • You must have a diagnosis of Dravet syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, or another developmental and epileptic encephalopathy.
  • You must weigh at least 10 kg (about 22 pounds).
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
  • You cannot be at risk for suicidal behavior or have severe depression, anorexia, or bulimia.
  • You cannot use cannabis products that are not approved or contain high THC.
