Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your cancer must have spread to the lining of your belly (peritoneal cavity) and be confirmed by a biopsy or scan.
  • You must have tried at least 2 standard treatments and they didn't work, or no standard treatment is available for your cancer.
  • A sample of your tumor or belly fluid must test positive for a marker called B7-H3.
  • You should be in fairly good health, able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2), with an expected survival of at least 3 months.
  • You need to have decent blood counts, liver and kidney function, and be willing to use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
