Predicting kidney function from amniotic fluid in babies with kidney issues

Who can take part

  • The baby must have problems with both kidneys (not just one) that are seen on ultrasound.
  • You must be having an amniocentesis (a test to collect fluid around the baby).
  • This trial is for single pregnancies only (no twins).
  • You must give signed permission (informed consent) and the father must not object.
  • You cannot be under legal protection (like guardianship).
