Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have had a mild or moderate traumatic brain injury (based on a standard consciousness score).
  • You must be able to start treatment within 24 hours of your injury.
  • You cannot have serious health issues like diabetes, heart disease, kidney or liver problems, autoimmune diseases, or cancer.
  • You must not be pregnant.
  • You must be able to take food or medicine through a feeding tube if needed.
