Who can take part
- You must have a new diagnosis of breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative.
- You have not had any previous treatment for breast cancer (like chemotherapy, radiation, or hormone therapy).
- Your tumor is larger than 2 cm, or has spread to lymph nodes under the arm, or is large compared to your breast size (making breast-conserving surgery difficult).
- You are 18 years or older and in good general health (able to do daily activities, with normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function).
- You cannot have serious heart disease, active infections, autoimmune diseases, or have had prior treatment with certain immunotherapy drugs.
