This study tracks babies who are at higher risk of autism or other developmental delays, including those born early, small, or with a sibling who has autism. The goal is to spot early signs and help families get support sooner.

Who can take part
- Your baby must be in one of these groups: low-risk (born at 37 weeks or later, weighing at least 5.5 pounds), high-risk (has a sibling with autism), small for gestational age (birth weight below 3rd percentile), or preterm (born between 26 and 31 weeks, 6 days).
- Your baby's Apgar score must be above 7 at 5 minutes after birth (a score of 7 or more means they are doing well).
- Your baby cannot have been born before 26 weeks of pregnancy.
- Your baby cannot have serious health problems like major brain injury, severe heart or organ diseases, known genetic syndromes linked to autism, or other conditions that affect brain development or ability to participate.
