This study looks for early brain markers (biomarkers) that predict autism, ADHD, and coordination difficulties in children and young adults. It also investigates why some young people with these conditions develop anxiety or depression, with the goal of better understanding and helping them.

Who can take part
- For infants: born very early (before 32 weeks) or extremely early (before 28 weeks), OR born at term with oxygen deprivation at birth, OR born healthy with no complications
- For infants: must be enrolled before 12 months old (using corrected age)
- For children/young adults: age 5–25 years old
- For children/young adults: have a diagnosis of autism (ASD), ADHD, or coordination difficulty (DCD)
- Able to complete scheduled visits and assessments (no severe movement difficulties that prevent testing)
- No genetic syndromes, chromosomal conditions, or schizophrenia diagnosis
