Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have lupus, myositis (excluding IBM and cancer-related), or rheumatoid arthritis with moderate-to-severe disease activity.
  • You have tried and not responded well or couldn't tolerate at least 2 to 3 standard treatments for your condition (depending on the disease).
  • For lupus: you test positive for ANAs, anti-dsDNA, or anti-Sm antibodies, and have a SLEDAI-2K score of 4 or higher.
  • For myositis: you have positive autoantibodies, and muscle weakness or skin involvement, and active disease shown by muscle enzymes or imaging.
  • For rheumatoid arthritis: you have positive RF or ACPA antibodies, at least 6 tender and 6 swollen joints, and a DAS28-CRP score above 3.2.
