Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have coronary artery disease (blocked heart arteries) confirmed by an angiogram, a heart attack, bypass surgery, stent, or chest pain (angina).
  • You do not have heart failure.
  • You do not have a defibrillator or a heart resynchronization device.
  • You are able to follow guidelines for exercise testing and training.
