Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (long-term kidney damage).
  • You also have coronary artery disease (either stable chest pain or a recent non-STEMI heart attack).
  • You can communicate in English or French, or have someone who can help you.
  • You are not on dialysis and your kidney function is not extremely low (eGFR below 10).
  • You have not had a STEMI (a major type of heart attack).
