Who can take part
- You have stage 4 (metastatic) or stage 3 (unresectable) gastric or gastroesophageal cancer.
- You have already tried at least 1 or 2 standard treatments, or you couldn't tolerate them.
- You are willing to have a biopsy (or have an old tumor sample) before starting.
- Your cancer does not have active or unstable spread to the brain.
- You do not have serious heart, lung, or liver disease, or an active infection.
