Who can take part
- You have metastatic colorectal cancer that has not been treated yet for the advanced stage.
- Your tumor must have a RAS mutation and be microsatellite stable (MSS) or mismatch repair proficient (pMMR).
- You are healthy enough to undergo chemotherapy (ECOG score 0 or 1, and good blood cell counts).
- You have no history of brain metastases or other serious heart, liver, or kidney conditions.
