Who can take part
- Your cancer must be a type called 'intestinal' (based on Lauren's classification) and be HER2-negative.
- The cancer should be locally advanced (stages cT2 to cT4, N0-N3, M0) and not spread to other parts of the body.
- Your age must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You need to be in good physical condition (ECOG score of 0 or 1) and not have received any prior cancer treatment.
- Able to undergo surgery after preoperative chemotherapy and willing to provide tumor and blood samples.
- If you are able to become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 120 days after the last dose of study drug.
