Who can take part
- You must have a type of bile duct cancer called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, confirmed by biopsy.
- Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery, or it has come back after surgery or other local treatments.
- You have not had any chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced bile duct cancer before (except if you had chemo after surgery and it came back more than 6 months later).
- Your liver function must be good (Child-Pugh score A) and you must be able to walk and do daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You cannot have a serious infection, active autoimmune disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart problems.
