Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 25 years old.
  • This is the first time your kneecap has dislocated (popped out of place), and it happened within the last 6 months.
  • Your doctor has confirmed the dislocation with an X-ray or MRI.
  • You can speak, understand, and read English.
  • You have not had any previous surgery on this knee, and you have not dislocated this kneecap before.
