Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have moderate-to-severe, active TED (eye bulging, double vision, or eyelid retraction with a clinical activity score of 3 or higher).
- Your thyroid hormone levels (FT3, FT4) are normal; TSH may be low or normal.
- You have a HAMA score of 14 or higher, indicating significant anxiety.
- You are willing and able to give informed consent.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
