  • You are male between 15 and 25 years old.
  • You are a licensed amateur basketball player with at least two years of experience.
  • You practice basketball at least three days per week.
  • You have not had a serious leg injury or surgery in the past six months.
  • You have no medical conditions (like heart, lung, or balance problems) that prevent exercise.
  • You can avoid high-intensity exercise, alcohol, and caffeine on the day of testing.
