Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 65 years old.
- You had a traumatic brain injury within the past 30 days that caused a coma.
- Your doctors have stopped sedatives for at least 48 hours and you are medically stable.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must have no metal implants or allergy to the imaging agent.
- You cannot have other conditions affecting dopamine in the brain, or be taking certain dopamine medications.
