Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a BMI of 18 or higher.
  • Your PNH must affect at least 10% of your red blood cells (confirmed by a special blood test).
  • You must have low hemoglobin (less than 100 g/L) and high LDH (a marker of red blood cell breakdown) at screening.
  • You must receive a meningitis vaccine before starting the study. Vaccines for certain other infections are also recommended if you haven't had them.
  • You cannot have had a stem cell or bone marrow transplant, or your spleen removed.
