- You have been diagnosed with oral lichen planus (OLP) by both a clinical exam and a tissue sample
- You have given permission for your personal data to be used in research
- You have been followed for at least 6 months
- You do not have oral lichenoid lesions (a similar condition caused by allergies or medicine)
- You have never had a stem cell transplant
- You do not already have mouth cancer at the time of diagnosis
