- You are age 18 to 80 and can consent to join
- You have one or more leukoplakia spots in your mouth
- Your leukoplakia may be linked to lichen planus, immune problems, or prior cancers in other body sites
- There is no current evidence that you already have invasive mouth cancer
- You do not have a history of mouth cancer
- You are willing to participate and do not refuse the study
