Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of AL amyloidosis (a condition where abnormal proteins build up in organs).
- You must have received at least one prior treatment that included both daratumumab and bortezomib.
- Your disease has either returned after treatment, or you did not get enough benefit from the last treatment.
- Your blood level of a specific protein fragment (called free light chains) must be above 50 mg/L.
- You cannot have had previous treatment targeting BCMA (a protein on cancer cells).
- You must not have uncontrolled infections, other active cancers, or certain heart rhythm problems.
