Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with AL amyloidosis and have tried at least one prior treatment that didn't work or stopped working.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- Your blood counts and kidney and liver function are within certain ranges.
- You have not had a previous treatment that targets BCMA (like certain bispecific antibodies or CAR-T therapy).
- You are willing to use contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
