- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a pacemaker or defibrillator (including newer wireless types) from Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, or Biotronik.
- You are already using remote monitoring as part of your regular care.
- You get your heart device follow-up at the study center.
- You can understand and answer questions in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
