Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with COPD, asthma, or bronchiectasis based on specific tests.
  • Your condition is stable (no flare-ups or hospital visits in the last 4 weeks), OR you are currently having an acute flare-up if you have COPD, asthma, or bronchiectasis.
  • If you have chronic airway inflammation, you may need to be using inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) as part of your regular care.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and complete lung function tests and chest CT scans.
