This registry collects information from people with COPD (and sometimes overlapping asthma-COPD features) to better understand breathing problems and airways behavior. It may help researchers learn which patterns match different symptom types, without necessarily using a new drug.

Who can take part
- Have COPD breathing test results showing FEV1/FVC under 0.7 after using an inhaler
- Also have ongoing breathing symptoms (like cough, shortness of breath, or chest tightness)
- Your smoking history must be either a never-smoker or less than 5 pack-years
- You may need evidence of asthma through a breathing test that shows it (like response to bronchodilator or a provocation test)
- You should not have asthma without the COPD/asthma overlap they are looking for (study excludes asthma-only cases)
