Who can take part

  • You are either 18 to 35 years old or 65 years or older
  • You are generally healthy and don't often feel dizzy, sick, or weak when standing up
  • Your blood pressure is below 140/90 when sitting
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35
  • You exercise no more than 2 days a week in a structured way
  • If you are a younger female, you have regular monthly periods
