- You have a newly diagnosed, small (≤20 mm) colon cancer that has not spread deeply into the colon wall.
- A team of doctors has determined that either endoscopic removal or surgery is an option for you.

- You have not had another colorectal cancer before and do not have a genetic syndrome that increases cancer risk.
